Saarbrucken Railway Station: The Saarbrucken Railway Station was a major transportation hub for the German military. Troops and supplies were transported through the station to the front lines.
Saarbrucken Airfield: The Saarbrucken Airfield was a military airfield that was used by the German Air Force. It was located just outside of the city and was used for training and for launching bombing raids on Allied targets.
Military Headquarters: Saarbrucken was also home to a number of military headquarters and administrative offices. These included the local headquarters of the German Army and the regional headquarters of the Nazi Party.
